Welcome to OutlandsTreasure.com, a new player maintained web site dedicated to treasure maps in Ultima Online Outlands. We have mapped the entire world into “zones” (see map above) where you compare the in game treasure map to our online reference. Once you have narrowed down the correct zone number, head to our rune books and recall right to the spot!

I have added color coding to zones where PKs have been a problem. Despite my pleas to the Admins to block it – Reds sit in their houses, hidden, running Tracking, waiting for you to appear and/or spawn treasure map mobs. This a very poor mechanic that exploits players who may not be aware of the trap!

If you find a map in a dangerous zone, I highly recommend you just sell it off or bring 1-2 friends to help you. Player Killers depend on catching you alone and unprepared.

Tracking will not protect you – they sit hidden, running their own Tracking scripts back on you, playing a sound to alert them a new victim has arrived. Please be careful and just avoid these areas!

Rune Library

Our Rune Library is located right next to the Terran moon gate!. Since its a public rune library, anyone is free to use. Full library books, available for purchase, will be coming soon.

World points of interest are also a good way to find treasure maps, but we do not host those libraries here. Either method works – but our library is more comprehensive and includes some of those “hard to reach” locations.
